Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks & PDF Downloads)

All digital products — including ebooks and PDF downloads — are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a return or refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Online Courses

Access to online courses and video content is non-refundable once course materials have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.

Paperback Books

Paperback books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible paperback book, please contact us at jerry@logicalretreat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.
