3. Digital Products

Upon completing payment, you will receive access to your digital product via a secure download link or course platform. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Paperback books may be returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

All content sold or published by LogicalRetreat — including ebooks, course materials, and written content — remains the intellectual property of LogicalRetreat. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LogicalRetreat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
